Tribal Library Structure

The Tribal Library structure includes article content organized into categories, series, courses, pathways, or solutions.

Articles

Articles are the body of content that make up the entire tribal library. They consist of written, audio, or video content. Each article focuses on a single idea, but in a series, course, or pathway, we index all “Related” content at the bottom of each article. Articles may be featured in multiple places based on the learning objectives.

Categories

Categories organize articles in a reference configuration. These articles may also be included in courses, series, or pathways as well. Not all articles will be found in categories. Articles written specially for a course, series, or pathway may only be found there. Completion of an entire category of articles also earns ranks or achievements.

Series

Series content comprises articles curated from one or more categories and content specifically written for the series. We list all articles in the series at the bottom of each article in the “Related Articles” section. If the series includes ranks or achievements, we place them under “Associated Awards”.

Courses

Like series, course content features articles curated from one or more categories and content written specifically for the course. Courses are typically longer than an individual series and encompass lessons, topics, and quizzes. Courses also offer ranks and achievements. If the course includes ranks or achievements, we place them under “Associated Awards.”

Pathways

Pathways are curated articles, series, and course content combined into a broader set of related learning. We list all related pathways at the bottom of each article in the “Related Articles” section. If the pathway includes ranks or achievements, we place them under “Associated Awards”.
